Boundaries & Agreements
As you consider attending a workshop, please review:
- Heart circles and the workshop are confidential spaces. What is said in heart circle stays in heart circle, unless permission is given by the person who shared to discuss it directly.
- What happens in the workshop is kept confidential.
- What we experience together creates no expectations for our time after the workshop.
- We ask that you are comfortable or open with various states of undress, including nudity.
- We honor and respect one another’s boundaries around safer and consensual sex and touch.
- We tolerate no violent words or deeds. Though conflict may arise given the powerful emotions that surface during workshops, we agree to share our own experiences and feelings and to avoid attacking or characterizing others.
- We respect and value one another’s bodies. We agree to expect the unexpected and be open and honest about our feelings. We agree to challenge our own notions about attraction and how that may limit our capacity for erotic love and intimacy.
- Previous experience and being comfortable with faerie, queer spirit, polyamory, or similar communities or gatherings will help a lot.
